i really love alex, its like this total tourist icon but i love it. and what people do with it. create images out of it. it orientates me wherever i am in this city. project lights on it and its beautiful. and the lift in it is crazy fast i only lasted 10 minutes up there for the 8€ i paid! damn vertigo.one morning we where on the top of isa,s apartment block. we watch morning and mist take of the city. from the top of her apartment which is 6 floors the view is flat. ... all the building s the same size. so i feels like standing on top of the city., there is no height here. except for alexanderplatz of course, and the random new tall buildings., but they are not together. so there is no centre. this city of Poly-centric. as i have heard it being described. but its true. Mitte, Zoologischer Garten, Kreuzberg, eberswalders... Poly Centre,s
Its getting cold here. i,ve bought a big coat to prepares. and i dontthink its long before i start wearing longjohns! the cold is quite nice though i guess. it just sucks beocoming dark so early. thats the worst. but its fun wearing gloves and big coats.
